Managing Partners

Ryan Twomey

Co-Founder/ Managing Partner

Ryan Twomey is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with TR Capital Partners. Starting in real estate by acquiring and managing small multifamily properties in Worcester, Massachusetts and Fitchburg, Massachusetts, he then transitioned into the large multi-family investment space and saw this as his future in real estate investing.

Prior to beginning his real estate investment journey, Ryan earned BSBA with a focus in finance and economics as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Nichols College. He later spent 5 years in investor support and as an operations analyst.

Ryan specializes in locating, analyzing and managing the purchase of commercial real estate properties. His philosophy revolves around delivering consistent returns. Ryan prioritizes thorough research, due diligence and careful analysis to identify properties that meet and exceed our specific criteria for returns, cash flow, equity gains and profitability for our investors. By leveraging market knowledge and employing creative strategies, Ryan aims to generate value for every client.

Lucas Ravanis

Co-Founder/ Managing Partner

Lucas is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with TR Capital Partners. Growing up in the Greater Boston Area, Lucas is a passionate and experienced real estate investor dedicated to helping individuals and businesses maximize their investment potential in the real estate market.

A graduate from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Lucas has years of experience specializing in multifamily property investments. With a proven track record of successful deals and a deep understanding of the industry, Lucas strives to provide valuable insights and opportunities to every client. His main focuses are investor relations, team building and management.

By conducting thorough research, due diligence, and careful analysis, Lucas identifies properties with long-term growth and profitability potential.
