He decided to purchase cash-flowing real estate starting in 2021 and quickly pivoted to commercial real estate, specifically apartment buildings, where he found the most efficient path to financial freedom. He quit his day job and started pursuing real estate full time. He now lives a life by design, choosing to work when he wants, and spending time with his family.
