Ryan started his career in financial services as a financial advisor and wealth manager before transitioning into a role as an operations analyst for the parent company of the NYSE. As a former advisor, he spent much of his time in his career, building his book of business and tending to clients.

Ryan started building a new financial future for himself by purchasing cash-flowing real estate in 2021. After acquiring and managing his first few properties, he quickly pivoted to commercial real estate, specifically apartment buildings, where he found the most efficient path to financial freedom.

He now lives a lifestyle by design and has ownership in over 500 units. Lucas Ravanis

Lucas spent over seven years as a Sales Executive at a Fortune 500 logistics firm, successfully building his book of business. But he realized that if he stopped working—even for a day—his income would slow. Determined to create financial freedom, he turned to real estate investing.
